Rescheduling Fee
We ask that you please reschedule your regular service appointment no sooner than 24 hours before the service is to take place. Due to the nature of our business and ever changing schedule it is not possible to replace your scheduled service with another client.

There will be a $40.00 rescheduling fee for any service cancellations received which do not adhere to the above policy.

Lockout Fee
Most of our clients either provide us a key which is stored in a lock box when your home is not being serviced or make other arrangements with us to access the home should no one be there.

If you have a security system, please make the necessary arrangements to give your Service Professional access to your home on your scheduled day. You may wish to establish a guest or temporary code for Maid 2 Order.

There will be a $40.00 Lockout Fee if your Service Professional arrives at your home without the appropriate access to get inside.

Returned Check Fee

There will be a $25.00 NSF or Cancellation fee for any check returned NSF.
