How many people do you send to clean?
At Maid 2 Order we believe in building relationships with our clients.
For this reason when you choose Maid 2 Order as your Service Provider we will
assign you a Team Leader who will strive to learn and meet each
of your individual needs. This Team Leader oversees teams constructed
of one or possibly two Cleaning Professionals per home.
How long will it take to clean my home?
Our Cleaning Professionals are scheduled two homes per team member. This allows your
Cleaning Professionals to pay strict attention to all details and spend as much time necessary
on every facet of our cleaning process. The majority of the homes in our markets
should take no longer than 2 to 3 hours under most circumstances.
How much will it cost to clean my home?
Every house is unique, and every cleaning fee is individually based. To help us provide

the form with as much information as possible. This will allow us to provide you with an
estimate in a timely manner.
Will my service price ever change?
Your Initial Cleaning generally costs more as it takes us a bit more time and effort to bring
your home up to Maid 2 Order standards. However, as long as you live in that residence and maintain
the frequency you started with your price for each subsequent visit will not change. Please keep in
mind that Add-On Services will have additional fees associated with each.
What if I need to cancel a service and reschedule?
All we ask is that you give us notice no sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. For more information

How will your personnel access my home?
Most of our clients either provide us a key which is stored in a lock box when your home is not being serviced
or make other arrangements with us to access the home should no one be there.
If you have a security system, please make the necessary arrangements to give your Service Professional
access to your home on your scheduled day. You may wish to establish a guest or temporary code for
Maid 2 Order.
Do you guarantee a day and time for my service?
Maid 2 Order typically guarantees the day your home will be serviced but we are not able to guarantee a time.
On the day of your scheduled service please feel free to call our office and we would be glad to estimate an
arrival time. Under special circumstances only will we guarantee a service time.
What about my pets?
We love pets! However, we need you to please restrict your pets from accessing areas you would like us to clean.
The only way we can clean your home adequately and efficiently is to not have the pets in the areas to be cleaned.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
We provide everything needed to clean your home. If you have specifc chemicals you prefer please advise us prior to
the intial servicing of your home.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
This is completely up to you and we certainly welcome your company. Don't be surprised if our Cleaning Professionals
keep the conversation to a minimum though as they will be working diligently on the tasks at hand.
